Henry Ford, the forerunner of the modern factory, rightly said that – “Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.” In keeping with Ford’s thoughts, we believe that when ‘staying’ and ‘working’ together, are done in an environment of fun and frolic, a strong bond of trust is created, which, in turn, fosters collaboration. 

We have curated off-sites at the following exotic locations with a view to offer destinations which will bring together three aspects that make an offsite unique and memorable – Location, Experience, Learning. Each of the off-sites bring together aspects of nature and history of the region. Each of these experiences also provide for the participants to clear their minds off the rigours of daily life, and open themselves up to fresh inputs that the facilitators.

Kargil, Ladakh

The trans-Himalayan district of Kargil, is perhaps Ladakh’s best kept secret. A cold desert situated at an altitude of 2,438m – 7,010m, the majestic mountain ranges of Zanskar and Ladakh provide some of the world’s most spectacular natural landscapes, making the region a mecca for mountaineers and trekkers. This itinerary is aimed at giving participants the best of the region which will include hikes, visit to War Memorial, history of the region and enough time for learning.

Wayanad, Kerala

Wayanad is Kerala’s tribal district. Blessed with forests and rich diversity in flora and fauna, the district is home to waterfalls, caves and forest reserves. There are many opportunities to immerse oneself into nature and also hike in the region. This itinerary is designed to ensure that participants get to explore Wayanad, get the feel of its rich forests, whilst simultaneously indulge in sessions geared towards learning.

Madikeri, Coorg, Karnataka

Madikeri is a picturesque hill station in the district of Coorg, Karnataka, known for its lush green valleys that offer enchanting aroma of coffee. The pleasant climate and beautiful terrain of Madikeri inspires many with its noticeably cool and peaceful atmosphere, which is hard to find elsewhere. The itinerary at Madikeri revolves around hiking and sightseeing. The salubrious climate of the area provides a perfect setting for learning sessions, which would be integrated into the program.

Bannerghatta, Karnataka

Bannerghatta, located close to Bengaluru, is a bio-diversity hotspot with a national park, an animal rescue centre, a butterfly enclosure, an aquarium and a snake house. The facility has been used as a rehabilitation facility for tigers and lions rescued from circuses. The biggest of its kind, this facility has opened opportunities for India’s first Lion and Tiger Safari. With enclosures that recreate their natural habitat, seeing a giant cats up close, with just the safety of the jeep separating you and the beast, resonates very deeply with any enthusiast. In this trip, participants will be able to trek, go on a safari and will participate in learning activities.
