The Team

The founders of Transformavens are two senior and experienced veterans of the Indian Navy who, between them, have over five decades of experience in enriching organisations, complementing superiors, enabling peers and mentoring subordinates to realise their true potential. The Transformavens team also includes Mavens in Operations, Leadership, Innovation & Creativity, Personal Brand Management and Personal Transformation among others.

All the Mavens draw their learnings from the crucible of high-engagement, performance-driven ecosystems of the Armed Forces, Corporate world, Public and Govt. Sector Organisations and Social Entrepreneurship. Their experiential learnings are transposed into their bespoke signature solutions.

The Process

Founders & Principal Mavens

Sreeraam is a seasoned leader, facilitator, and coach working at the intersection of leadership, mindset, and human potential. With over 25 years of senior leadership experience in the Indian Navy, he brings calm authority, strategic clarity, and people-centric insight to his work with organisations, teams, and individuals.

An Electronics & Telecommunications Engineer by education, Sreeraam has led technology-intensive operations and projects, headed supply chain and procurement organisations, and stewarded contracts, policy, and governance functions in complex environments. These experiences shape his pragmatic, systems-oriented approach to leadership and organisational development.

In his current calling, Sreeraam works as a facilitator of transformative conversations—within individuals and across teams. He blends structured introspection, mindful listening, and clear communication to enable alignment, engagement, and sustainable behavioural change. His work focuses on the human drivers of performance—purpose, trust, accountability, and growth.

Sreeraam holds a Master’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, a Diploma in Business Finance, and an Executive Management Programme from IIM Lucknow. He is a Certified Trainer, Master NLP Practitioner, and a certified coach on the ICF accreditation path.

He is also trained as a Mindfulness-Based Listener and a Compassionate Communication (Nonviolent Communication) practitioner, and is a student of Applied Buddhist Psychology—bringing depth, presence, and empathy to his facilitation style.

Known for his approachable demeanour, clarity of thought, and ability to simplify complexity, Sreeraam enables leaders and teams to navigate change, align around purpose, and unlock their true potential.

Ninad is an Electrical Engineer and MBA by education, and a Success Maven by passion. He has garnered over two and a half decades of work experience in Defence Services, Public Sector, Corporate and Social Sector ecosystems. An alum of the Naval College of Engineering, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai and Indian Academy of Training & Development (IATD). The veteran is a qualified Lead Auditor of the ISO 9001:2000 QMS. He has completed his Curriculum for Life from the Landmark Worldwide Foundation and is also a NLP Master Practitioner.

Ninad is an ardent and enthusiastic student of Organizational Behaviour & Dynamics, Talent Engagement and the Art of Leadership. He has guided various organisations to win accolades in diverse domains such as Chief of the Naval Staff HR Trophy (multiple winner), the World HRD Congress and India Sustainability Leadership Awards.

His rich tapestry of experiences in a gamut of work environments helps him gain rare insights and craft unique solutions.His forte remains his persuasive skill which creates a receptive atmosphere and meets all stakeholder expectations.
