Whilst professional skills, a.k.a hard skills, are taught at educational institutions, the arena of soft and organisational skills are left to the employees to navigate and learn through experience; thus becomes the stumbling block which decides successful outcomes in organisations.
The fact remains that employees can become masters of soft and organisational skills through training interventions. Appropriate training forms the bedrock of an employee’s ability to function effectively, and a team’s ability to collaborate and contribute to the overall outcomes of any organisation; thus, becoming the crucial differentiator between a winner and the ‘also ran’.
At Transformavens, we create training and development solutions ground-up. These are a result of the belief that growth and change in organisations are required to be addressed at both the individual level and at the team level. Once these two layers are addressed, targeting the larger organisation becomes simpler.
The effort is undertaken with the principal aim of capturing minor nuances which are specific to the participant set. Customised training solutions are then dexterously crafted using the much acclaimed ADDIE model of training design (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation).
All training solutions and interventions are experiential in nature. Theory is complemented by relevant case studies, management games and activities and role plays to reinforce learning. All solutions are designed to catalyse transformation in organisations, teams and individuals through shifts in attitude and changes in behaviour.
FAQ
Whilst all our programs are broad-based, they will best suit the mid-level and senior-level management.
Our training programs are designed for a minimum of 08 participants and a maximum of 25 participants.
Based on a communication from you either on the website or through mail, we shall contact you within 24 Hrs and interact to work out the specifics of the training program as well as mutually convenient dates. Thereafter, we shall forward a formal proposal by mail. The program will be conducted once the formal order is received.
We customise every program to suit requirements, background, industry and experience level of participants. If any specific modules or concepts are required to be addressed, we could customise and incorporate the same.
The outcomes expected from the program determine if team members should attend a training program together. If the outcome required is to effect an attitudinal shift in the employee, then it is best if the employee does not attend with team members. However, if the outcome expected is to improve team collaboration, then it is important for the team to attend the program together.
That said, outcomes are best achieved if all employees are put through the training intervention. Therefore, we recommend that all employees be included in the training programs in multiple rounds, if required.
Training programs are interventions that will provide concepts as well as specific tools and techniques to assist the implementation of the concept, to the participant. If the tools and techniques are implemented in daily functioning, visible changes may be observed in the overall outcomes.
Our programs are designed for both onsite as well as offsite plans. Whilst the core message of the programs conducted onsite or offsite would remain the same, the methodology and interaction levels would differ.
